announcing Rex series, it’s new range of smart feature phones. Samsung’s Rex series runs on Java platform while the Nokia’s Asha series is based on S40 platform. Both the Rex and Asha series are targeted at the same consumer segment.
Among the four phones announced in Rex series, Rex 90 has the best features and we pitted it against Asha 311, one of the powerful popular device in Asha series.
Display
Bot the device are full touchscreen with capacitive display. While the Samsung features a 3.5-inch capacitive HVGA display with a resolution of 480×320 pixels, Asha 311 features a slightly smaller 3-inch capacitive display with 400x320p resolution.

Rex 90 is a dual-SIM phone, while Asha 311 allows for only one SIM.
