Pricing and variants of the Lenovo K9 and A5:
The Lenovo K9 is priced at Rs 8,999. The Lenovo A5 is more affordable variant with the price starting at Rs 5,999 for the 2GB RAM variant and the 3GB RAM variant can be availed at Rs 6,999. At this price, both the phones are pitted against the recently launched Redmi 6 and 6A.
Lenovo K9 Specifications:
The K9 features a 5.7-inch HD+ IPS display (720 x 1440 pixels resolution) with a 18:9 aspect ratio. It runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo with minor tweaks. The smartphone is powered by Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 processor, with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It has a hybrid dual SIM.
The rear and front features a dual camera setup comprising of a 13MP primary lens and a 5MP lens with AI capabilities. There is bokeh mode on both cameras. The selfie also has a HDR mode. A 3000mAh battery is packed inside.
Lenovo A5 Specifications:
The entry level Smartphone features a 5.45-inch HD+ display. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Powering the phone is a MediaTek MT6739 chipset with 3GB RAM and choice of 16GB and 32GB storage.
On the camera side, there is a single 13MP camera at the rear with f/2.2 aperture and a 8MP selfie camera. The A5 has a bigger battery than the K9 with a 4000mAh battery inside, which should give this smartphone a good battery advantage.]]>
