Foremost of the update is that, WP 7.8 allows you to re-size the windows tiles to small, medium and large. So you can customize your home screen tiles.

Nokia’s camera app gets further added features. So you get Smart Group shot, Action Shot, Self-timer and Panorama mode. Clicking photos with Smart Group shot mode, takes five shots in one click and allows you to choose the ‘best face’ shot for each person in the photo. While the Action shot mode is nothing but burst shot clicking multiple pics continuously to capture action and movements.

Go to Settings > Phone Update > “Notify me when new updates are found”.
When you get the notification, connect your phone to your computer via Zune for PC, or the Windows Phone app for Mac and get, set update.
