To rival Samsung’s “Its a phone? It’s a tablet? It’s Galaxy Note” – a cross device between phone and tablet that also proved to be a runaway success, LG has announced LG Optimus Vu.
Last week LG Mobile CEO Jong-seok Park stated
“With smartphones, we sometimes took a more functional approach to design… but we’re going back to our roots as a company focused on how our products fit into the lifestyle of our customers”
The new addition to LG mobile portfolio, Optimus Vu might be an outcome of the company’s new vision.
Unlike the Galaxy note, the Optimus Vu differs in the structural design ratio, its more like a mini ipad with a screen ratio of 4:3 rather than the 16:9 ratio the smartphone’s usually adhere to.
