Xiaomi is unleashing its potent arsenal in budget price in India and in addition to entry-level Smartphone, Redmi 1S the company also announced today the Xiaomi Redmi Note, a phablet sporting a 5.5-inch display at a price of Rs 9,999. Though there is no official word yet on when it will be available here. It’s not just the bigger display but the phablet also packs good specs at this price level that can blow up any of the competitors around in the market. Armed with an 0cto-core MTK 6592 1.7GHz processor, Mali 450 GPU, 2GB of RAM the Redmi Note is quiet a mighty device at this price. The 5.5-inch IPS display has a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The camera optics again sizzles with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera and HD video recording. There are array of sensors like Gyroscope, light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer. A 3100mAh battery takes care of the battery juice and the connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi direct, GPS+AGPS, 3G.
