Sony Xperia Z and ZL share the same specs but Xperia Z is well armed with a dust-resistant and water-resistant abilities.
Inspite of sharing a 5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, Xperia ZL is slightly smaller compared to the Z. Both the devices are powered by a 1.5 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor along with an Adreno 320 GPU mated to a 2 GB RAM.
On a shooter side, both the smartohones are equipped with a 13 MP camera with a Exmor RS sensor capable to record HDR video. There is also a 2 MP front-facing camera.
The Xperia Z and ZL have 1080p Reality Display backed up with Sony’s Mobile Bravia Engine 2. The Xperia Z has a 2330 mAh Lithium-ion battery, while the ZL gets a slightly bigger capacity of 2370 mAh. Sony’s proprietary Stamina Mode claims to improve the standby time of the phone by up to four times and better power management.
