The new Lenovo tablets are the 7-inch A1000 and A3000 and then there is the 10-inch S6000. The devices best falls under the budget or mid-category segment. The A1000 tablet has a 7-inch display and powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Targetted at music buffs, the tablet comes with a Dolby Digital Plus audio with a large front speakers. It has an internal storage of 16GB, which can be expanded upto 64 GB through microSD card. The other 7-inch tablet in the A-series, A3000 also sports a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. It has a 1024 x 600 IPS display, which could have been bettered. The tablet weighs 340 gms and has a thickness of 11 mm. Unlike the A1000 whose expandable memory is limited to 32 GB, A3000 can go up till 64 GB. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek’s 8389 / 8125 processor, clocked at 1.2GHz. The tablet measures 8.6 mm in thickness and weighs 560 gms.
