Baleshwar works as a Finance Head in an MNC. He’s on a family picnic when he gets a query mail on his Windows Phone about a new marketing budget he had approved. But he doesn’t have his laptop. He a made a mistake by forgetting his laptop but he’s lucky he got his lumia he can open the mail , select and copy the documents and he can use ms office ( ms word) paste that in here and he can go all through once again to solve his query.

Baleshwar can easily download the file with the help of OneDrive. Once he download’s the budget file, he can use MS Excel to check all the query. Using all excel formulas and pivot tables and chart would help him verify the budget and solve all the query he has. Thus Lumia 535 would help him enjoy picnic with his family and also help him solve all problems in his office because of his absence from work! This way he can #AchieveMore in life! 🙂
Baleswar can download the new marketing budget that he made from OneDrive where he synchronized the files. After downloading, the file will use MS Office app to open under Excel Spreadsheet. Baleswar will then modify the files accordingly and then saved it back to OneDrive public folder and share the link back using outlook app where he got the mail. That’s it.
If he has saved the budget document on onedrive from his laptop, all he has to do is to download it from the safest cloud storage destination and view it using MS Word or MS Excel depending upon the nature of the file.
If he hasn’t synced the budget with onedrive on his laptop, he may ask one of his officemates to do so and then send it to him.
This way, he can use his Lumia for his work anytime, anywhere.
