Nemetschek is expanding its Max AI software range across architecture, engineering and construction, with Archicad Max, Allplan Max 2027 and Bluebeam Max built on a shared intelligence platform. The October 29 announcement brings the products under one AI strategy, but they are not all launching on the same day.
Allplan Max 2027 launched this week, while Bluebeam Max has been available globally since May. Archicad Max is rolling out by region with Archicad 30. The tools are aimed at professionals working with building models, engineering data and construction drawings.

Different tools for different stages
Graphisoft’s Archicad Max subscription includes an AI Assistant in beta that can carry out multi-step tasks in the building model. AI Assistant Spaces uses a firm’s standards and project knowledge to inform answers, while the AI Visualizer supports image creation. The package also includes early access to Nemetschek Creator, a browser-based early-design platform whose commercial release is planned for 2027.
Allplan Max 2027 adds tools for model analysis, formulas, drawing production and guidance across engineering workflows. Nemetschek reports that early beta users completed selected tasks up to 36 percent faster. Allplan’s separate launch note describes those figures as self-reported estimates that vary with the task and project, rather than a guaranteed improvement.
Bluebeam Max adds drawing-review and markup tools to Revu. These include Smart Review for finding discrepancies or missing information, Smart Overlay for comparing changes between drawing sets, Magic Markups for repetitive annotations and takeoffs, and stitching to combine drawing sheets into a navigable view.
The group also supports connections using the Model Context Protocol, or MCP, which lets compatible AI applications work with software tools and project data. Professionals remain responsible for reviewing the output and approving final decisions.
Bluebeam Max and Allplan Max 2027 are available globally, while Archicad Max availability varies by region. Nemetschek has not provided India-specific pricing in this announcement; feature scope, beta access and subscription packaging vary by product and plan.
