According to CNN-IBN news channel, the smartphone that sports an impressive 5″ screen real estate space and running on the latest Android Jelly Bean OS would make its January debut in India following the success of the other bigger smartphones from the Samsung Galaxy kitty, Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 in India.
Galaxy Grand also offers the real cool smart features that we see in Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note like direct call, smart alert, pop up video, S Voice and All Share Play finds its way into the Galaxy Grand. Also it sports a 8 MP camera in the rear and a 2 MB HD front facing camera.
The let down in the specs is the dismal 800 x 480 resolution, which could have been bettered.
Galaxy Grand will be available in dual SIM version which has a quiet a many takers in India.
