Need Urgent Assistance Please!
After the recent software update on 30th Nov&#039; i have stopped receiving messages from 3rd party vendors on my Vivo V5 plus.  For ex,  Bank OTP&#039;s, Promotional messages etc,. Tried my sim in another phone and i am able to receive. So request you to pls help me, to fix this issue as my day to day life is come to stall. Tried factory reset too. Nothing works. Also few apps tht have the permission are able to auto read my otp&#039;s however the otps are not being delivered to my handset. Pls assist.
