<p>Sony India introduces the new NW-ZX707 Walkman player, aimed at audiophiles and hi-fi enthusiasts. The player boasts a sleek design and high-end components for extraordinary sound quality. The NW-ZX707 integrates a DSD Remastering Engine, which resamples PCM audio into 11.2 MHz DSD. The S-Master HX digital amp technology, uniquely developed for Walkman, reduces distortion and noise for a rich and full-bodied sound. The NW-ZX707 also has Hi-Res Audio Wireless processing, with fine-tuned capacitors, FTCAP3, and a large 8mm coil for balanced output, resulting in improved sound resolution.</p>



<p>The NW-ZX707 uses Edge-AI and DSEE Ultimate for enhancing streaming music quality and features a longer battery life of up to 25 hours for 44.1Khz FLAC playback. The device has a premium design with a milled aluminium frame and a 5.0&#8243; screen. The lens announced are a 24-70mm constant F2.8 standard zoom lens, an 85mm F1.4 prime lens and a 70-200mm constant F2.8 telephoto zoom lens.

The first lens in the new E-mount full-frame series is the FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM standard zoom lens (model SEL2470GM) which is ideal for portrait, travel and event photography. It is dust and moisture resistant and includes two new matching filters. It uses three aspherical elements including a newly developed XA (extreme aspherical) element that reduces aberration. An ED (Extra-low-Dispersion) glass element and Super ED glass help to keep chromatic aberration to a minimum, while maximising resolution and bokeh, without any unnatural coloration. It has a direct drive SSM (Super Sonic Motor) focusing system and a quiet motor. It&#8217;s priced at Rs 1,54,990.

The new FE 85mm F1.4GM prime lens is targeted for portrait clicks and offers brilliant bokeh. It has a circular aperture with 11 blade and also uses SSM motor system for auto-focusing. The prime lens will retail for Rs 1,29,990.

The third one is FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS telephoto zoom lens aimed at the wildlife, sports and event photographers.  It is also dust and moisture resistance with an additional fluorine coating on the front.A focus hold button and focal range limiter finds mention in this lens. It makes use of floating focusing system with a minimum focusing distance of just 0.96m. Again, this motor also uses SSM and includes dual linear motors. The pricing and availability is not revealed but is expected to be soon.
In addition to the lenses, Sony also announced two new compact 1.4x and 2x teleconverters &#8211; SEL14TC and SEL20TC.]]&gt;		</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>				<![CDATA[<span class="dropcap">A</span>t IFA, Sony Mobile Communications took the wraps off their next-generation flagship family, the Xperia Z5, that boasts of the world&#8217;s first 4K Smartphone, the Xperia Z5 Premium as the star of the new clan.
Design-wise they are reminiscent of the Z series lineage and religiously follows the &#8216;omni-balance&#8217; design.  So how do they vary in the size? Well, the device the Xperia Z5 is 5.2-inch Xperia Z5 and for those who prefer compact phones, the Xperia Z5 Compact has a 4.6-inch display and then you have the eye-popping Z5 Premium, the 4K guy with a 5.5&#8243; display. In terms of screen resolution, the Xperia Z5 Compact comes with a 720p display, the Z5 is full HD, and the Z5 Premium has that massive 4K screen.
All the three phones share almost similar base specs barring the size, RAM and screen resolutions with the same Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor powering each of them and 32GB of internal storage expandable up to whooping 200GB with microSD Cards.. All the three devices are also dust and waterproof with capless micro USB ports. While the Z5 and the Z5 premium features 3GB of RAM, the compact gets 2GB.
The highlight of the Xperia Z5 family is the new camera module that has been housed. A new large 1/2.3 Exmor RS for mobile, 23MP sensor and F2.0 G Lens designed with Sony&#8217;s interchangeable lens camera technology. Sony says the camera boasts a hybrid autofocus that is the fastest in any smartphone at just 0.03 seconds.
Uniquely, the fingerprint sensor is side mounted on the power button, Sony also claims a 2 day&#8217;s battery life for all the devices.
While the Z5 Compact settles for a polycarbonate body that includes peppier colors including Yellow and Coral, in addition to White and Graphite Black, the Z5 and Z5 Premium is housed in a glass body with a frosted glass on the back.
While Sony claims a remarkable two-days battery life, the battery numbers reads like this: Premium having a 3,430mAh battery, the Z5 a 2,900mAh and the Z5 Compact a 2,700mAh. The devices supports quick charging.

The Sony SmartWatch 3 (SWR50) has been officially <a href="http://www.sonymobile.com/in/products/smartwear/smartwatch-3-swr50/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">listed</a> at Rs. 19,990 and will be available in Black. though there is no word on its availability.
The upgraded SmartWatch 3 us based on Google&#8217;s Android Wear platform, a marked turn from their earlier watches and thus fully soaked in Android ecosystem.
The SmartWatch 3 has a 1.6-inch 320×320 pixel LCD display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 512MB RAM. Also featured are 4GB of internal storage, 420mAh battery and connectivity options like NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. The wearable device also has a built-in microphone, accelerometer, compass, Gyro and GPS sensor.
Like their flagship Smartphone devices, the smartwatch too is IP68 certified making it resistant to water and dust.

The new earphone is priced at Rs. 5,490. Though the company made the announcement today, it should be noted that the earphone was already available in market since the last week of December, and are also available from Sony&#8217;s own online store.
A 13.5mm sound driver with integrated noise cancellation finds place into the MDR-EX31BN and the earphone connect with a wireless bluetooth receive which also supports NFC for quick one-touch pairing with supported devices.
The Bluetooth connector on the Sony MDR-EX31BN features a power button in the middle. The power button also couples as the call receiving button. On the sides other buttons to play, pause, stop, and perform other functions are nested. A built-in microphone supports voice calls.

The new earphone is priced at Rs. 5,490. Though the company made the announcement today, it should be noted that the earphone was already available in market since the last week of December, and are also available from Sony&#8217;s own online store.
A 13.5mm sound driver with integrated noise cancellation finds place into the MDR-EX31BN and the earphone connect with a wireless bluetooth receive which also supports NFC for quick one-touch pairing with supported devices.
The Bluetooth connector on the Sony MDR-EX31BN features a power button in the middle. The power button also couples as the call receiving button. On the sides other buttons to play, pause, stop, and perform other functions are nested. A built-in microphone supports voice calls.
Available in red and black color options, the MDR-EX31BN comes with a micro USB charging cable that allows continuous usage of more than 10.5 hours upon full recharge.]]&gt;		</p>

The handset is priced at Rs. 23990 and would be available in black, white and mint colour options starting from September 1. The smartphone measures 156&#215;78.5&#215;7.6mm and weighs 150 grams.
