Kobian, the company who are into computer peripherals and tablet under their brand name &#8216;Mercury&#8217; has added a new addition Mercury mTAB Star to their budget tablet portfolio.
mTab Star is a 7-inch tablet with a 1024 x 600 pixel high resolution display and running on a MediaTek MTK 6577 Cortex A9 Dual core processor and 512MB RAM. While the latest dish on the Android spread is Jelly Bean, the mTab Star&#8217;s plate is still filled with now-outdated Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
The storage options include a 4 GB internal and an expandable memory upto 32GB. The dual cameras include a 2MP rear shooter with a flash and a front facing VGA camera.
mTab Star supports SIM and allows to make calls from the tablet.
The tablet is capable of full HD video playback. The battery pack includes a 3000mAh one.
