Amkette has launched the EvoFox One Z, a multi-platform wireless gamepad under its EvoFox gaming brand, priced at Rs 3,299 in India. The controller combines TMR electromagnetic joysticks, Hall Effect triggers, tri-mode connectivity and a bundled charging dock, and works with PC, Nintendo Switch, Android, iPhone/iPad and Smart TVs.

TMR (tunnel magnetoresistance) joysticks read stick position magnetically, which Amkette says gives more precise input for movement and aiming. Hall Effect triggers also use magnetic sensing instead of physical contact points, a design meant to keep actuation consistent and reduce wear over time. The controller polls inputs at 1000Hz, the rate at which it reports actions to the connected device, which should keep input lag low in fast games.

Two quick-switch control features are built in. On-the-Fly Gyro Control lets players enable or disable motion-based aiming without opening a settings menu, while On-the-Fly Precision Mode adjusts aiming sensitivity instantly for different games and situations. The One Z also supports 6-axis motion controls in compatible games.

Connectivity covers 2.4GHz wireless through a bundled plug-and-play receiver, Bluetooth and wired USB-C. Other features include dual programmable back buttons, a Turbo function, dual vibration feedback and a 1000mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C charging.

Amkette is positioning the One Z as a complete package: the box includes a charging dock, a mobile clamp for phone gaming, two replaceable joystick caps and the 2.4GHz receiver, so there are no accessories to buy separately.

The EvoFox One Z is available at Rs 3,299 on the Amkette website, Amazon and Flipkart. Amkette’s own store lists an MRP of Rs 4,499, discounted to the launch price.
