Now the good news Sony has launched its new range of dual-USB pendrives that come with full-size USB and microUSB connectors and offering seamless connection with both desktop and Android smartphones and tablets.

The gadget combines a full USB 2.0 port and a microUSB connector into a compact, sleek-looking body. The new device supports Android devices with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and upwards and for desktops, it works with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Available in white, black and white colors, these drives have connectors placed on either sides. A complimentary file manager app by Sony is compatible with the flash drive. It is available in the Google Play Store.
Available in 8GB,16GB and 32GB capacities, the pendrives are priced at $19.99 (approximately Rs 1,230), $29.99 (approximately Rs 1,846) and $62.99 (approximately Rs 3,877) respectively. There is no official communication on when the drives will be launched in India, however the company says there will be global rollout in January 2014.
