Both the devices were first announced at IFA last September and the highlight of the Smartbank Talk is its 1.4-inch e-paper display which is always-on and curved in design. It offers a 320 x 320 pixel resolution and due to the e-paper display it also consumes low power and offers high visibility and clarity. The band is basically an upgrade to the SmartBand (SWR10).
Other technicals and features include a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor, 2MB of internal flash memory, a 70mAh battery, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and microUSB support. It is compatible with devices running on Android 4.4 Kitkat and above. Like the SmartWatch, the SmartBand Talk is also water and dust resistant with a IP68 certification.
The Band offers fitness and health activity track and logs alongside notifications and time. The built-in microphone and speakers allows for voice calling when paired with the smartphone.
Sony claims a 3 days if battery back-up and 1 hour of talk time. It will be available only in black color as of now in India.

The Sony SmartWatch 3 (SWR50) has been officially <a href="http://www.sonymobile.com/in/products/smartwear/smartwatch-3-swr50/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">listed</a> at Rs. 19,990 and will be available in Black. though there is no word on its availability.
The upgraded SmartWatch 3 us based on Google&#8217;s Android Wear platform, a marked turn from their earlier watches and thus fully soaked in Android ecosystem.
The SmartWatch 3 has a 1.6-inch 320×320 pixel LCD display, and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 512MB RAM. Also featured are 4GB of internal storage, 420mAh battery and connectivity options like NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. The wearable device also has a built-in microphone, accelerometer, compass, Gyro and GPS sensor.
Like their flagship Smartphone devices, the smartwatch too is IP68 certified making it resistant to water and dust.
