Oppo R7 Lite and R7 Plus launched; Clads a full metal, unibody

R7-lite made out of aircraft grade magnesium-aluminum alloy. Both the devices packs some impressive specs in their own segment and the brief time, I spend with it should say they seem to excel in the camera department too. First let’s take a look at the bigger sibling, the Oppo R7 Plus which boasts of a 6-inch full HD Super AMOLED display but surprisingly it does not feel too big on hand. The 1920×108 pixel resolution delivers 366 ppi on a 2.5D Arc-Edge screen. Powering the device is a 1.5GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor with 3GB RAM with 32GB ROM. Then, there is also an microSD card slot for expanding the memory up to 128GB. The R7 Plus is backed by a 4100mAh battery. The dual-SIM Smartphone supports 4G and on the camera side it includes a 13MP rear and 8MP front camera. The camera mode is exhaustive with lot of features. The rear camera lens setup is based on Sony IMX278 sensor with RGBW technology and also features a laser AF.The new flash shot technology features both the laser AF and standard contrast detection AF and it can focus less than o.3 seconds. It measures 7.75mm in thickness and weighs 192grams. Oppo claims that a mere 5 minute charge of R7 Plus can give 2 hours of battery life. The R7 Plus also features finger-print scanner.   OPPO R7 Lite is a dual SIM 4G Smartphone with a  5-inch Super AMOLED display screen and 2.5D Arc-Edge screen, it offers1280*720 pixels and 294ppi. It’s powered by a 1.3GHz Octa-core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. The device features a 2320mAh battery. The camera setup includes 13 MP rear and 8 MP front camera and like the sibling also excels in the camera features. Both the devices runs on ColorOS 2.1 based on Android Lolipop 5.1 Oppo R7 Plus is priced atINR29, 990 and R7 Lite at INR17, 990.
