Nokia Lumia 720 – A mid-range Windows Phone 8 giant

nokia lumia 720 Lumia 720 is a mid-range Windows 8 smartphone and looks stylish and trendy plus laden with features. The device features a 4.3 inch TFT display with ClearBlack display technology. It has a 480 x 800 pixels resolutions packing a 217 ppi. The curved laminated display offers a better readability and wider viewing angles. Powered by a Dual-core 1 GHz Qualcomm MSM8227 processor mated to a Adreno 305 GPU and a 512 RAM, the device running on Windows phone 8 OS has an internal memory of 8 GB expandable upto 64 GB through a microSD card. Lumia 720 has a good imaging capabilities. The rear holds a 6.7-megapixel Carl Zeiss optics camera  boasting an F1.9 aperture, that should give a good result in low-light situations.  Additionally, it has an autofocus and LED flash. As far as features it comes with  Cinemagraph and Smart Shoot plus geo-tagging, panorama mode and filters. On the front, there is a 1.3-megapixel camera with wide-angle lens that gives a wider coverage area during self-shoots. The 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery is same as of Lumia 920 with a standby of 520 hours, talk time of 23 hours 20 min (2G)  and up to 13 hours 20 mins (3G). It gives a 72 hours music playback. Lumia 720 is capable of wireless charging like its premium siblings with a snap-on back cover. Cool! we like it. Lumia 720 is NFC enabled and other connectivity options include GPRS & EDGE with class B with HSDPA, 21 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps speed, Bluetooth v.3, Wi-Fi 802.11, micro USB support. Priced at 249 euros (US$338), Lumia 720 will roll out in Asian markets in Q1.
