Although it has a nice sound, it is really cheap quality. I bought one and after 2 months the left speaker stopped working. I got in touch with the customer service and they have NO repair shop or technician to help. They asked me to record a video with the problem and send to them. I basically had to wait 3 months (!!!) for them to sort it out for me. They were saying they would get back to me with a solution but it never happened. SoI basically had to send various emails in order to get a replacement.
After 3 months of insistence they sent me another headphone. Guess what? Less than one week the headphone broke again, this time the Bluetooth feature is not working anymore.
I wouldn’t recommend this brand at all. IT WILL BREAK and you will be left with a piece of rubbish. I’ve thrown the 2 in the bin and I will not bother contacting them again.
Honestly, buy a proper one and forget about this cheap headphone.
