Tab 3 311 has 3G (Voice and Data) capability and priced at Rs. 25,725 while the Galaxy Tab 3 310 is a WiFi version only and priced at Rs. 21,945.
The 8-inch Tab 3 has slightly better specs than it’s 7-inch counterpart and features an 8 inch WXGA display with a 1280×800 pixel resolution that translates to a 189 ppi. Running on the latest Android 4.2 Jellybean OS, the hardware internals include a 1.5GHz dual core processor mated to a 1.5GB of RAM.
The 8-inch Galaxy Tab 3 comes with an internal storage of 16GB that can be expanded by upto 64GB via microSD card. On the shooter side there is a 5 megapixel camera in the rear and a 1.9 MP front camera. The battery juice is supplied by a 4450mAh battery.
