Nokia today launched Lumia 520, along with Lumia 72o in India. Succeeding the previous generation Lumia 510, the new Lumia 520 becomes the most affordable Windows Phone 8 smartphone available in market.
Nokia Lumia 520 comes with a 4-inch display, 1 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, 64 GB expandable memory slot, 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 1430 mAh battery.
Lumia 520 features a 4-inch WVGA IPS display with super sensitive touch capabilities that works with fingernails or gloves on. It has a 800×480 pixel resolution spreading out a 233 ppi pixel density.
Surprisingly Lumia 520 comes with a 5 MP rear camera but opts for no front camera. Lumia 520 also does away with NFC functionality that is seen in other Lumia devices. Lumia 520 comes with Nokia’s music and navigation services alongside many other pre-installed apps from Nokia to add value to the device.
The Lumia 520 will be available in India in early-April and the price is expected to be around Rs 10,500.
