LG G2 Smartphone announced, LG places the buttons on the back!

The much awaited LG’s flagship device is finally official. As expected the LG G2 Smartphone is a heavy weight in terms of the hardware specs but what sets is aside is LG’s new innovative ‘risk’ in placing the power and key buttons on the back. The company feels as the smartphone display gets bigger, this positioning of the button on the rear of the smartphone makes it more ergonomic. Well, I am not commenting on it yet till I get a hands-on the device. LG G2 Smartphone The bold rear-mounted power and volume buttons aside, LG G2 has in it everything a blue-blooded flagship device would require. A a 5.2-inch 1080p IPS panel display with a wafer thin bezel, Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz, 2GB of RAM, a 3,000mAh battery, and 16 or 32GB of internal storage. There’s also graphic RAM built into the display which the company claims will improve the energy efficiency by reducing the screen’s energy requirement. The device runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. On the imaging department there is a 13 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and a 2.1MP front-facing camera. LG G2 is expected to have a global roll out in next 8 weeks. ]]>
