On the app, each curated properties matching your need is presented as cards which is appealing and very functional. All the necessary details about the project like the images, floor plans, amenities and EMI plans are offered. The web portal also allows extra features like special deals available for projects in your city, home loan calculator and online application facility etc. HDFC RED lists properties across 23 cities with over 7000+ new builder projects and 24,000+ various property types including apartments, villas etc. The RED could have made my hunt for dream house easier but nevertheless it made my friend narrow down his choice stress-free and at a quicker time.
