Acer launches 7" Iconia B1 tablet with Jelly Bean in India for Rs. 7,999

earlier Asus launched its Iconia B1 tablet with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) for a sugary price of Rs. 7,999. acer_iconia_b1 Unveiled last week at CES, Acer Iconia B1 has a 7-inch display with 1024×600 resolution and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Mediatek processor (MTK 8317T).  The  512MB RAM might not be impressive number  and it comes with a  8GB internal storage, with an microSD card expandable upto 32 GB. Connectivity options on the Acer Iconia B1 include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB. Also nested is a 0.3-megapixel front VGA camera for video calls. Though the specs might not be a powerhouse, for a price point of Rs.7,999 and a tablet running on Android Jelly Bean OS and flashing a big brand sticker, its quiet a good deal.
